CFO Services
This service allows you to keep your bookkeeping in-house while using an outsourced solution for your higher level bookkeeping and accounting functions. In this role, we will train and supervise your bookkeeping personnel, perform reconciliations, post month-end and year-end journal entries, pull financials, and work with owners and partners on budgeting and cash flow. We will also act as liaison between you and your CPA to ensure a smooth hand-off of financial information at tax-time.
Rates for this service range from $150/month to $1000/month depending on the size of the organization and complexity of the bookkeeping.
QuickBooks Set-Up and Training
Our staff members are Intuit certified, and advanced certified, QuickBooks Pro Advisors. As such, we are qualified to set-up your bookkeeping file in QuickBooks, and train your office staff to properly use the software. We also offer QuickBooks data file clean-up if your books are a mess, and conversions from other bookkeeping software to QuickBooks.
The rate for this service is $120/hour and includes 30-days unlimited telephone and email support following the most recent training session.
